Quality control

Inspection is a process, not a headline.

Four checkpoints support batch communication from incoming feedstock through formed sheet and dispatch.

Request inspection information

Checkpoint 01

Incoming material inspection

Tyre and rubber feedstock is checked on arrival for source consistency and suitability before it enters the crushing line.

Checkpoint 02

Process inspection

Devulcanization, open-mill mastication, and refining stages are monitored during production to keep processing conditions consistent across each run.

Checkpoint 03

Batch inspection

Finished batches are checked before sheeting and weighing, so that variation between production runs can be identified early.

Checkpoint 04

Outgoing inspection

Sheets are reviewed before warehousing and shipment, confirming weight, forming, and packing ahead of dispatch.
